Getting to know nature and the animals up close is an exciting experience, especially for children, but parents can also really switch off on a farm holiday.

The fresh bread roll from the local baker is still warm, the homemade jam melts in your mouth, and the breakfast egg from the chicken that just walked across the yard has a wonderful golden-yellow yolk to it. The smell of freshly mown hay is in the air, and the children are just in the barn with the farmer feeding the cows and pigs.

Farm holidays invite you to really switch off once again like nowhere else. A location with minimal traffic ensures plenty of freedom of movement for the children, who can really fulfil their urge to move around and fall tired into bed in the evening, while the parents can still enjoy the clear starry night that can still be seen so clearly in the countryside.
